I am a certified trauma-informed Passion & Pleasure Embodiment Coach who is passionate about living life fully expressed. I help guide my clients to empower themselves as we move through the process. All the while, treating you with gentleness and compassion in a space of true safety, as you get together, we explore intimate and personal topics such as shame, unworthiness, sexual arousal, and numbness. I will often utilize tools from my toolbox that I have collected from my own healing journey to help support both women and couples in empowering themselves in their own healing. Clients can see their healing often mirrors healing in other parts of their life, such as marriage, relationships, and business, and therefore, as they work on themselves, they also see results in other areas of their life.
The story is much of a Hero’s Journey, but like most journeys, the goal is not the destination it is literally what you learn along the way… In my chapter story, I share some of my cancer journey and struggle with my health and marriage. I also share how I healed from the cancer and overcame obstacles using holistic, outside-of-the-box methodologies. I believe that healing from within, not just on the physical level but the mental, emotional, spiritual, and sexual levels, is equally important as is listening to your brown body’s innate wisdom.
Now it has become my passion to share with the world. it felt important for me to share my story because I believe that by telling my story I can help be that voice for women who may not have even realized was something that was wanting or needing to be expressed. I desire to let these women know that if I can do it, so can they! They don’t need to suffer in silence.
