Beware of Omega Immigration Services HoustonI'm writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with Omega Immigration Services in Houston. They handled my brother's and my paperwork for Life Line Institute Miami, but their mistakes led to my brother's DS-160 rejection by USA immigration.
When I tried to hold them accountable, they made excuses instead of taking responsibility. It became clear that they were more interested in avoiding a refund than in providing competent service. Their actions seemed deliberate, and I suspect they may be exploiting international students.
Red flags:
Incompetence: They made critical errors in our paperwork.
Lack of accountability: They refused to take responsibility for their mistakes.
Unprofessionalism: They made excuses instead of offering solutions.
Potential scam: Their actions suggest they may be exploiting international students.
Warning to all: I strongly advise against using Omega Immigration Services for your immigration needs. Their actions can have serious consequences, and their priorities seem to be elsewhere.
