It’s a big scam this company. They are just going to pick your phone until they get there. Initial 8% and then you’re going to be dying to complete your project with their contractors.
CRN278079 .- I’m Sanjjanaa Galranihow much ever you tell them to finish their work they don’t finish the work. There are only two labors in my site right now. Their due date was March 15. It is April 9 but still nobody is there to take in charge and get the work done from B&B Team nobody is speaking my phone and the contractor is hopeless, he’s just not finishing work
If you want to fall really sick, please give your building or dream home to brick and bolt and there contractors . I have reached getting admitted in the hospital coordinating in between the contractor and Brick And Bolt . Most of the time. Nobody is available from brick and bolt to solve the problems. The Contractor they gave me was of their choice Mr pavan kumar of Srishti reality . He has demanded for the money well in advance all the time or otherwise he will stop the work or slowdown the work like anything with lame reasons . The work speed will be terribly low , and you will be forced to give money in advance, and after that, the work will still not happen . I am suffering like anything after giving my dream home to them and they have some 10,000 rules that nobody will tell you about before signing they will only sweet talk you and make you sign saying they will be completing the building “ as soon as possible “ . Don’t worry about the speed at all and they will give you 2 1/2 year timeline. They will force you to sign that 2 1/2 year saying it is only a formality. Don’t believe the date. , and later on, they will drag you like anything with the project with only 10 days of work happening on site and 20 days of no work happening at all, and they will fool you saying it’s because of curing it’s because we have to give one week gap. We have to give 10 days gap. it’s because of this, it’s because of that all lame lies .
After that, most of the things are not included in the contract, if your contract is of 85 or 90 lakhs you will have to minimum shell Out 1.5 cr , by the end of the project and each and every bill will be told to you suddenly month after month . There is a condition in the contract as in when the work will proceed. Contractor will tell you for more options which you can take or not take to enhance your building , one employee, Miss Pooja, my project has 20 bathrooms. She has not included nine bathrooms at all in the contract and she has close the contract with me. Bathroom is a basic requirement not enhancement . The floor plan was planned well in advance and then they are forcing me to pay ₹7 lakhs for small 6 feet by 4 feet bathrooms sized towards this nine bathrooms . Then, for what on earth have they charged me 93 lakhs for 5500 ft.², And I told them that how can you not include a basic requirement , though you have the floor plan before signing the project , then in return again, they will stop the work for 15 days. They will send the labours to some other site to work. It is a complete disastrous nightmare to be working with respected Contractor Pawan Kumar. imagine basic things like balcony chajjas also is not included ?
you will suffer like anything with their very premium prices and quotations they give you . If you want to destroy your health sign them . I can put up my medical reports from 15 months. My project is going on. There is absolutely no cleaning maintained on site. There are 250 bags of debris which I stood voluntarily with my senior citizen father and I have got it cleaned at my own cost and ended up in manipal hospital .
Brick And Bolt will charge you 8% in the beginning, and after that the contractor , after that the contractors Absolutely don’t have any respect for Brick And Bolt team and employees forget about basic respect of customer .
All employees at Brick And Bolt are leaving the job by the time your project will finish in 2 years least six different people will be appointed to take care of your project. One person will not know about the other person and will not be updated about what is going on .
