I don’t often leave reviews, but my experience with Migration Chambers has been deeply disappointing and deserves to be shared. If you're thinking of using their services for a second passport—please reconsider.Before the payment was made, the team was incredibly proactive—friendly, highly responsive, and constantly following up to move things forward. However, once the payment was transferred, the communication stopped almost entirely. Emails were ignored, calls went unanswered, and we were left without any meaningful updates.
We met every requirement, submitted all documents, and fulfilled our end of the agreement. Yet, what we received in return was radio silence, poor coordination, and a complete lack of accountability.
Instead of acting like professionals managing a complex legal process, the team has functioned more like paper-pushers. There has been no structured follow-up, no support, and certainly no ownership of the process. What was promised to be a smooth and guided journey has turned into a frustrating and emotionally draining experience.
The situation worsened when we attempted to express our concerns. As soon as our frustration became evident, the team chose to disengage entirely, avoiding both my and my husband’s calls, rather than resolving the issue.
To the Migration Chambers team: This is not acceptable. This is not how clients should be treated—especially when trust and transparency are key to your business. You're not only failing to deliver on your promises but also rapidly damaging your reputation.
If this isn’t addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to continue sharing my experience so others are fully informed before engaging your services.
