Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience
Had a Zoom call with their consultant who asked my nationality and then continued speaking with very poor audio. I mentioned I could barely hear him, and instead of helping, he blamed me that issue is at your end.In told him i just ended zoom call with crystal clear sound his reply was so what I had 4 meetings till now. When I said I did not understand what he is saying , he responded rudely that if I said “yeah” then I must be hearing him fine. His attitude was arrogant and dismissive. I ended the call immediately. His voice was very low and hard to understand.If this is how they treat someone before even starting the process, I cannot trust them with something as serious as immigration. Would not recommend.
