Careless Case Handling
My student visa application was rejected, and follow-up requests for GCMS notes were ignored. Excuses were constant, and the case manager went on leave without notice. I had to take the initiative to check on progress.

Incompetent and Irresponsible
DMC LLC mishandled my application and offered no remedial action. Their approach feels like a money grab. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Neglectful and Unprofessional
Lack of communication and professionalism was evident throughout my interaction. Staff changes caused my case to be neglected, which is unacceptable.
