Very Bad Experience with the Principal – Shri Ram Bharat Public School

I would like to share my recent experience with the Principal of Shri Ram Bharat Public School, which was quite disappointing. The class teacher invited parents to share their experiences, concerns, and problems with the Principal and provided specific time slots for meetings. We reached the school at the allotted time and waited on the first floor. After approximately 20 minutes, the class teacher informed us that the Principal would not come there and that we needed to go to the Principal's office for the meeting. We then went to the office and started discussing our concerns, particularly regarding transportation and some other issues. Unfortunately, I found the Principal's behaviour during the conversation to be very rude and unprofessional. One particular concern was regarding communication with the school transport driver. We were made to feel that parents and children should not raise concerns directly with the driver, even when there may be a situation involving the safety of a child, such as another child hitting or troubling them. As a parent, child safety should always be a priority, and parents should feel comfortable raising genuine safety concerns through an appropriate and respectful channel. I believe the way concerns are handled is just as important as the concerns themselves. Parents expect school authorities to listen patiently, communicate respectfully, and provide appropriate solutions. I hope the school management will look into this matter and take suitable steps to improve communication with parents and ensure that children's safety and concerns are handled professionally.
