I booked a tour in 2019. Paid a deposit of S$2000. The tour is scheduled on Jun 2020. Due to Covid, the tour is cancelled. After the departure date, I asked for refund. ChanBrothers only refund $1800. They kept S$200. And gave me a $200 voucher with an expiry date. Can someone be the judge and tell me is this fair ? First it is Covid. Not myfault. Secondly, It is Chan bros that is cancelling the trip, not me. Thirdly, it is my money of $200. How can they hold me ransome with money and convert it to a timebound voucher? I didn't buy the voucher..Should I get the full refund?
