Hospital with Best Doctors and Worst Staff

Wanted to give Zero rating but <1 is not allowed. The worst hospital ever seen in my 63 years of age. Staff directory migrated from Sarkari Chikitsalay/PHCs (Govt Hospital of nineties). Doctors hardly pay any attention to patients. Even IPD patients have to ask if doctor will visit today. Nurses. The "complete indifferent and unprofessional" They are always busy in Gossips and Joking among themselves. Aaya. If you "disturb" them they will shout upon and speak so rudly. Every now and than you need to "request" that it's medicine time, IV start/stop or medicine slip for pharmacy etc etc, The aayas need to chaprasi alongwith patients, to help patient sit on wheel chair, to open the door, to clear the waste bin etc. Our patient was admitted at 5 pm and Medicare was provided till 10 pm. Even after lot of hue and cry, some useless tablets were given with instructions "aap ye khila Dena" !! Ortho ward but No stools / step for patients to climb the bed. Bedsheets full of blood and other fluid stains all over. So called "Semi Private" Ortho ward has more than dozens of patients and same number of attendants but there is ONE common toilet (for ladies and gents both) and the toilet is dirty, filthy and stinking like railway station toilets. Pathetic. It's a nightmare on the name of hospital. Where in the world the treatment doctor will see emergency admitted patients only next day at his sweet time. The Pharmacy Boy will give you medicine and medical aids of their choice, over-riding the doctors advice. ("Doctors toh kuchh bhi likh dete hai"). Don't know how the top doctors are surviving with such pathetic, unprofessional, rude and illiterate staff. Room 14B.
