fraud Company

This company is a fraud. They will pester with calls until they get money and then they will stop receiving your calls and will not refund or even provide in writing that there was no agreement and no service was provided so that you can claim money raising dispute from bank. I am reporting a case of fraud involving PearVisa Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. (GSTIN 07AAJCP9999D1ZO, CIN U63030 DL2018PTC337049), with whom I discussed Canadian job and immigration services. They claimed to be legally registered to provide these services in Canada and requested an advance payment on 27th May 2024. Upon receiving the agreement, I found no verifiable registration in IRCC as required by Canadian immigration authorities. We mutually decided not to proceed, and they agreed to refund my payment. Despite repeated requests via phone and email, they have not provided any written confirmation of the refund /cancellation or that they have not provided service and there was no agreement. Their refusal to respond via email has made it impossible for me to provide the necessary documentation to HDFC for a refund, despite my continuous efforts. I have phone recordings where they confirm no services were provided and promised to send email confirmation, which they never did. Even if they given me this one email I would be able to recover my amount. They claim that they have not received payment but you can see the reply in attachment from CashFreetheir payment partner that CashFree has already processed the payment. This fraud has caused significant distress.
