Frustrating and Unresponsive

My Canada application, which met all requirements, was rejected after 65 days with no explanation or follow-up. I had to chase updates constantly, and now I’m told to pay and wait for a resubmission. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I question the authenticity of their five-star reviews.
