My project started in sep 2023 now it is almost nearing to two years my experience is horrible i don't know when the contractor will finish it becas when ever we ask he says when agreement was made price was less now after two years prices are increased so there by agreement is just a pice of paper but the amount they mentioned I have to clear along with excess amount which I am paying to procure material .which is costing more than the quote .no proper follow up and project managers keep changing every now and then.only God knows when my project is going to be completed..no one from brick and bolt is there to help me out of this situation.there is a possibility that they may dent it more than doing it better
