1 star is being generous... 3 years later and still waiting for an update. I do not recommend this company. All case workers left or were unavailable. When citing the messages they had sent regarding the application and lromises, they blamed the case workers who had conveniently left... staff are rude, not helpful and customer service is bad. I do not believe this is a genuine company and I would avoid at all costs.
