NOVA ineffective.

NOVA seems be ineffective in obtaining even a visa interview for either Portugal or Greece immigration, even after taken full money from us since last one year. Besides, they reply to our emails after several reminders over weeks. We have asked them to refund our money, which again they do not seem to have taken any action. I hope this message will help them to resolve and refund our money.
