I applied for Poland on July 2025

I applied for Poland on July 2025. My case was intially handled by one Mr. Deepu Rajanna. All of a sudden one day he called me and said he is going for a short vacation and my case will be handled by another agent named Raqeeba. Then shockingly i came to know that he left the company. The other agent was not clear at all. She told me i recieved my work permit and she sent me a copy of it after multiple andany reminders. She dont answer for any queries properly. Seems like she keeps me waiting. And after almost 6 months she said me my documents are coming from poland and i need to wait. Its been almost 1 year no update yet. I paid all the money and waiting like nothing. I dont know still what is happening. I called their office but no proper reply. How can you do this to people dears. I have heard many negative reviews about this company before applying. But i didn't bothered because i trusted them. Now they have did this to me.
