Broker spread matters more than I expected
The actual automation worked well for what I wanted. I mainly wanted an EA that could monitor the market without me sitting in front of MT4 all day, and Forex Fury handled the trade execution automatically once everything was configured.

HankoX has a fairly comprehensive setup.
My overall impression is that HankoX is better suited to active traders than people looking for a simple passive investment account. The platform gives traders several ways to approach the market, from a relatively low-entry STP account to ECN options for traders who pay closer attention to spreads and commissions. There is also plenty for more experienced users, including EAs, API connectivity, advanced charting and risk-management tools. That doesn't mean HankoX is automatically the right broker for everyone. The amount of functionality and leverage available means traders need to understand what they're doing and manage risk carefully. But if the priority is a flexible trading platform with room to grow from basic manual trading into more advanced strategies, HankoX has a fairly comprehensive setup.
