Had a positive experience with LS house Movers

Had a positive experience with LS house Movers. Cheng had been very responsive and helpful throughout the pre, actual and post move process. He made sure everything was easier and less stressful for us whenever he could. Moving team were fast, efficient and coordinated. Be warned - they are very fast in their process. They even helped me box up/ wrap pack items I hadn't managed to put into boxes! Team was helpful, focused and exercised care when carrying the items/ boxes. Found one of my wall bookshelf could not fit the lift - the team took it apart and reassemble at my new place. My storage bed that was to be taken apart had screw heads that no longer had drill grooves - the team spent more than an hour trying to work around it.. which they did. With all the "surprises", the team pushed on till past 7.30pm to complete the job 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 There were several hiccups but Cheng and team availed to rectify most of the issues. My biggest gripe -> Size of boxes. The dimensions of boxes provided were not high nor wide enough for larger kitchen appliances, photo albums, clothes on hangers, etc..
