In summary, do not engage. During move, was advised not enough space to transport bed. Hence we excluded it. However, during payment, was coerced into paying $150 for bed item as they insisted it was included during the quotation. Did not rebut then as we were in a rush and the workers seemed rough. After a day, found out a fan was broken due to the move. The fan was intact before the move. Contacted them via email and WhatsApp but they ghosted me. See pictures.
