Four months after payment, my file still hasn’t been submitted. I’ve had to chase them for updates constantly. Their workflow is unclear, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Stellar Migration focus on collecting payments but fail to provide timely updates or proper service. You’re left chasing them for information. Their energy to take payments doesn’t match their commitment to handling applications. Worst experience ever!
