Nova Immigration Dubai- Questioning the integrity of this organization

I applied for the migration program to Portugal over a year ago, eagerly hoping to start my new journey. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite paying the required fees, I have not received any services, and there has been no progress in securing an appointment for my residency visa. Communication has been very poor, and my attempts to reach out for updates have largely gone unanswered. It feels frustrating to have invested both time and money without any meaningful support or guidance. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund. I hope that others can find a more reliable service for their migration needs. Given the lack of service and transparency, I am left questioning the integrity of this organization. I urge potential clients to proceed with caution and consider alternatives until their communication and service practices improve.
