I want to alert anyone considering HIIMS Hospital, in my experience, this facility is a complete fraud. While the premises may appear well-equipped, the reality is quite different: Incompetent Medical Staff None of the attending physicians I encountered could even diagnose or treat basic ailments (e.g., a simple flu), which any competent general practitioner should handle with ease. The oncology specialist—the so-called “main doctor” for cancer care—never holds regular OPD hours and is effectively absent from the hospital. When you need them most, they’re nowhere to be found. Deceptive Admission Practices During registration, a staff member monopolizes the loudspeaker, shouting incoherent messages about politics and religion (“curd, milk, Modi,” etc.) so loudly and constantly that you miss your own name being called. This seems designed to keep you waiting—and paying—for as long as possible. It’s clear the registration process is engineered to generate extra fees, rather than to provide efficient or patient-centered service. Profit-Over-Patient Mentality The overarching goal at HIIMS appears to be maximizing hospital admissions and revenue, not improving patient health. If you’re admitted, the day-to-day care may be tolerable, but absolutely nothing beyond basic monitoring is offered. Any meaningful treatment plan or long-term follow-up data is withheld. They won’t share patient outcomes or treatment statistics, so you have no way of verifying their success rates in serious conditions like cancer. Lack of Transparency and Compassion Families are kept in the dark about long-term prognosis or the detailed rationale behind treatment recommendations. You’re essentially on your own once you leave the facility; at home, your diet and self-care will determine your fate more than anything they prescribe. Bottom Line: HIIMS Hospital is not a trustworthy healthcare provider. Their superficial “care” hides a deeply flawed, profit-driven operation. If you value your health (and your wallet), look elsewhere—this place is nothing more than a scam. Verdict: HIIMS is a fraud—avoid at all costs.
