I had a very disappointing experience with Y-Axis Immigration. The service was not as promised — communication was poor, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get basic updates. The consultants did not provide clear guidance, and I felt more confused than supported throughout the process. Despite paying significant fees, I did not receive the level of professionalism or transparency I expected. I would not recommend Y-Axis to anyone looking for reliable immigration support.
