My recent experience at Regency Hospital Kanpur was an absolute nightmare. The staff was incompetent and unhelpful, the facilities were dirty and outdated, and the doctors seemed more concerned with profits than patient care. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone, even for minor ailments
