Entering the gilded gates of SEI Club is like stepping into a scene from "Crazy Rich Asians" - except instead of designer clothes, it's designer dates. I, your average "successful single" (read: decent job, decent apartment, decent wine taste), felt like a sequinned goldfish in a diamond-encrusted tank.
